Course fixing rules:
The rate will be finally fixed after we receive 1 confirmation network Stellar- network. Fixing is carried out depending on the deviation of the exchange rate in the application to the exchange WhiteBit in percentage. Course deviations are possible WhiteBit. within the framework of the tariff parser within 1-2 minutes.
