Return on the application can be carried out only if the status of the application on the service is different from “Completed”. The statuses “Paid”, “Under review”, “Auto payout error” provide for the possibility of refunding money on an application to a client with certain conditions:

1. A request for a refund to the client must be made from the mail with which the application was made on our service.
2. The client confirms that he is familiar with the return policy and agrees to its terms.
3. In the event of a refund, due to the impossibility of making an exchange, due to the fault of the client, all the costs of returning the payment are borne by the client (the costs of payment systems and gateways).
4. If the return is due to a technical problem and the inability to make an exchange on the part of our site, the cost of making the return will be reviewed in favor of the client.
5. If the refund is due to a customer’s violation of AML rules, there may be an additional fee as outlined in our site’s AML policy.

Tariffs for refunds, depending on the account, systеm:

  • Cryptocurrencies – commission 0.5% + commission for withdrawing the exchange. Up to 1 day;
  • Perfect Money – commission 0.5%. Up to 1 day;
  • Advanced Cash – 1% commission. Up to 1 day;
  • Payeer – commission 0.5%. Up to 1 day;
  • All UA banks – commission 1.5% + 5 UAH. Up to 1 day

Separate conditions apply for the return of fiat currencies:

  • The fee is 4% of the payment amount and consists of the costs of the cryptocurrency exchange. This is because any receipts of fiat currencies to the service accounts are converted into USDT, therefore, a reverse conversion is required at the exchange rates for a refund. The percentage is deducted from the result of such USDT exchange.


The client agrees to the terms and policy of the service when creating an application.
