3.2. A public offer means information displayed by the service about the terms for submitting a request.
3.3. Acceptance of the offer means the actions taken by the Customer when completing the request that confirm the Customer's intention to enter into a transaction on the terms offered by the Service Provider.
3.4. The Service Provider's system automatically records the time, date, and parameters of the request when its submission is completed.
3.5. The Customer must accept the offer within 24 hours after the request has been created.
3.6. The service agreement takes effect when the full amount of payment units specified in the request is received from the Customer at the Service Provider's details.
3.7. Transactions involving payment units are recorded in accordance with the rules, procedures, and formats of the electronic settlement systems.
3.8. The Agreement is effective from the time the request is submitted until it is terminated at the initiative of either party.
3.9. The Customer must carefully read all clauses of this Agreement and any additional documents. By using the service, the Customer confirms that they understand and agree to them.
3.10. If the Customer does not agree to the terms of the Agreement, the services may not be used.

4. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. Using technical means and in return for a commission, the Service Provider undertakes to exchange payment units after the Customer submits a request.
4.2. The exchange is carried out by selling payment units to persons wishing to purchase them at a price no lower than the amount stated in the Customer's request.
4.3. The Service Provider transfers funds to the details provided by the Customer.
4.4. Any profit arising during the exchange remains with the Service Provider as an additional benefit and reward for commission services.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

5.1. Amount received differs from the request

5.1.1. If the amount received in the Service Provider's account differs from the amount stated in the request, the Service Provider recalculates the transaction based on the actual amount of payment units received.
5.1.2. If the amount received exceeds the amount stated in the request by more than 10%, the Service Provider terminates the Agreement unilaterally and returns the funds to the Customer's details, less any transfer fees incurred.
5.1.3. The Customer must fund the Service Provider's account in a timely manner so that the request can be processed. The Customer is responsible for delays caused by a bank or payment service provider.

5.2. Transfer not completed within 24 hours

5.2.1. If the Service Provider has not sent the payment units to the Customer's details within 24 hours, the Customer may request termination of the Agreement and cancellation of the request, with the payment units returned in accordance with the Refund Policy posted on the Service Provider's website.
5.2.2. Termination and a refund are available only if the funds have not yet been transferred to the Customer's details.
5.2.3. If the Agreement is cancelled, the electronic currency will be returned within 24 hours after the termination request is received.
5.2.4. The Service Provider is not liable for refund delays that were not caused by the Service Provider.

5.3. Payment units not received from the Customer on time

5.3.1. If the Customer's payment units are not received in the Service Provider's account within the period set from the time the request is submitted, the Service Provider terminates the Agreement because the contract has not taken effect.
5.3.2. The Customer may not be notified of such termination.
5.3.3. If the payment units arrive after the stated period, they will be returned to the Customer, with transfer fees deducted from the refund.

5.4. Delay caused by a settlement system

5.4.1. If a transfer to the Customer's details is delayed due to a settlement system, the Service Provider is not liable for loss caused by the extended crediting time.
5.4.2. In that case, claims should be made to the settlement system, and the Service Provider will provide assistance where possible and as permitted by law.

5.5. Forgery of communication flows / interference with code

5.5.1. If the Service Provider detects forged communication flows or interference that degrades its operation (including interference with its software code), the request will be suspended and the transferred funds recalculated under the terms of the Agreement.
5.5.2. If the Customer does not agree with the recalculation, the Customer may terminate the Agreement; the payment units will be sent to the Customer's details.

5.6. Limitation of liability

5.6.1. The Customer agrees that the Service Provider's liability is limited under these rules to the payment units received, that the Service Provider provides no additional warranties, and that the Service Provider has no additional liability to the Customer.
5.6.2. Similarly, the Customer has no additional liability to the Service Provider.
5.6.3. The Service Provider is not liable if the Customer's payment for a request is frozen, rejected, or reversed.

5.8. Incorrect details

5.8.1. The Service Provider is not liable for loss or consequences resulting from an incorrect transfer of electronic currency if the Customer provided incorrect details.

5.9. Incorrect recipient details

5.9.1. The Service Provider is not liable for transferring funds to recipients whose details are incorrect. A payment is considered valid even if the details contain errors.

5.10. Account security

5.10.1. The Customer must secure their account and follow password-management recommendations: change the password periodically and do not use it on other platforms.

5.11. Requests from third parties

5.11.1. If a third party requests the Customer's personal data or password, the Customer must promptly contact the Service Provider's support chat.

5.12. Email address for access recovery

5.12.1. The Customer must provide a valid email address for password resets. If the Customer suspects that third parties are using the address, they must notify support.

5.13. Disabling automatic password saving

5.13.1. The Customer should disable browser or computer features that save personal information or passwords in order to prevent unauthorized access.

10.3. Time limit for contacting the Service Provider about a request

10.3.1. To receive assistance with a request, the Customer should contact the Service Provider no later than 6 (six) calendar months after the request is completed or cancelled, or after the last action taken in relation to it, whichever date is later. The Customer must include the request number and any available supporting materials.
10.3.2. After this period, the Service Provider does not guarantee that it will be able to locate or restore information and materials relating to the request, conduct an additional review, provide documents, or assist with a refund or payment dispute, particularly if the data has been deleted after the applicable retention period or the relevant transaction records are no longer available from a bank, payment system, or other service provider.
10.3.3. The Service Provider is not liable for being unable to provide such assistance if this is caused by the expiry of data-retention or processing periods at the Service Provider or a third party and was not caused by the Service Provider's breach of its obligations.
10.3.4. Expiry of the six-month period does not, by itself, terminate any obligations of the Service Provider that remain unfulfilled, or limit the Customer's rights or the Service Provider's liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Limitation periods and other mandatory time limits are determined by applicable law.

11. EXCHANGE OPERATIONS

11.1. Prohibition on unlawful transactions

11.1.1. The Service Provider's services may not be used for unlawful transfers or fraudulent activity.
11.1.2. The Customer must comply with this requirement and, in the event of fraud, is subject to criminal liability as provided by applicable law.

11.2. Automatic processing unavailable

11.2.1. If a request cannot be processed automatically for reasons beyond the Service Provider's control (including loss of connectivity, insufficient funds, or incorrect Customer information), the funds must either be credited within the following 24 hours or returned to the Customer less any commission and transaction fees.

11.3. Disclosure of information upon request

11.3.1. Upon request, the Service Provider may provide information about an electronic-currency transfer to law-enforcement authorities, the administration of a settlement system, or victims of unlawful acts where a court has established that fraud occurred.

11.4. Documents in case of suspicion

11.4.1. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the Customer must provide identity documents.

11.5. Prohibition on interference and duty to provide accurate information

11.5.1. The Customer must not interfere with the Service Provider's operations or damage its software or hardware.
11.5.2. The Customer must provide accurate information required to perform the Agreement.

11.6. Exchange procedure (steps to follow)

To make an exchange through the service:
  1. Select the exchange direction and follow the link.
  2. Complete all fields in the form with accurate information only. If this requirement is violated, the service may refuse the exchange and return the funds less all transaction fees.
  3. Provide a current and accessible email address for receiving and sending messages.
  4. Check the "Total" line, which shows the amount due, including fees.
  5. Click "Exchange" and check the request that was created. If the details or amount are incorrect, go back and correct them.
Additional information about exchange-rate fixation and payment deadlines:
  • The exchange rate is fixed when payment for the request is received or when the required number of confirmations is reached.
  • For cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchanges, the rate is fixed automatically when the funds are credited.
  • The request is cancelled if payment is not received within 30 minutes after it is created.
  • If payment is made after that period, the service may:
    a) complete the request at a new rate agreed when the Customer contacts the service to restore the request; or
    b) return the funds to the sender less the payment system's fees.
  • For cryptocurrency payments made within the required period, the payment time is the time the transaction is initiated, not the time the network provides its first confirmation.
Next steps:
6) Check your email: you will receive a message with the request details and the operation's secret key.
7) Depending on the exchange direction:
  • you will be redirected to the payment system's merchant page (for automatic and semi-automatic exchanges); or
  • payment details will be provided (for manual exchanges).
  1. After payment is received, the Customer receives the requested currency. This usually takes 2 to 30 minutes during business hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues.
  2. When the exchange is complete, the Customer receives an email report of the transaction.

11.7. Cryptocurrency exchange rules

11.7.1. Cryptocurrency exchanges are processed in accordance with the procedure described in the article "Network Confirmations and Minimum Deposit Amounts."

11.8. Unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions

11.8.1. Bitcoin transfers may remain in the "Unconfirmed transaction" status for an extended period. This usually occurs because one of the transactions has not been confirmed for a long time.
11.8.2. Under Bitcoin network rules, such a transfer may be included in another block and then processed normally. If this does not happen, the funds are returned to the sender within 1–7 days.
11.8.3. The service cannot influence how quickly such transactions are processed. Once the funds are credited or returned, the request will be resolved by completing it or cancelling it and returning the parties' funds.

11.9. Additional checks and access restrictions

11.9.1. Any exchange may be suspended for additional checks by the service's security team, banks, and/or payment systems.
11.9.2. Repeated creation of unpaid requests is treated as malicious activity; access to the services may be restricted or prohibited.

11.10. Failure to complete verification and prohibition on terminal payments

11.10.1. If additional verification procedures are not completed, the funds will be returned to the sender less any possible bank fees.
11.10.2. Payments through terminals, cash desks, or IVR menus are not accepted and will be rejected.

11.11. Additional information

11.11.1. If necessary, the Customer must provide any additional information that the Service Provider considers necessary to complete the transaction.

11.12. Right to verify

11.12.1. The service may request verification of any user and their payment details.
11.12.2. The administration may request any documents confirming identity, as well as a photograph of the Customer holding an identity document.
11.12.3. Important: the service does not publish its accounts for receiving funds. Exchanges are made only through the website. Beware of scams.

11.13. Prohibition on exchanges to third-party accounts

11.13.1. The service prohibits exchanges to third-party accounts.
11.13.2. The Service Provider is not liable for third parties' actions after they receive the funds. Make transactions only with wallets or accounts to which you have full access.

11.14. Payments that allow funds to be reversed

11.14.1. The Customer may make a payment using mechanisms that allow the funds to be reversed.
11.14.2. This option may be used only if:
  • the Service Provider has failed to perform its obligations; or
  • a third party has used the Customer's payment instrument (with direct evidence).

12. DISCLAIMER AND RESTRICTIONS

12.1. The Service Provider may refuse to enter into an agreement or process a request without giving reasons. This clause applies to any customer.
